  6. HotLine is a Visual Basic 3.0 application that automatically dials 
  7. telephone numbers for voice calls from a user-specified directory.
  8. HotLine requires MS-Windows 3.1, a VGA or better color monitor, and
  9. a modem connected to your PC. You must have a telephone sharing the
  10. modem as well. HotLine uses Hayes-compatible modem commands. The dialing
  11. directory has a maximum capacity of 600 entries.

  13. All HotLine files should be installed in a single directory, but the 
  14. files with DLL and VBX extensions may be installed in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  15. directory if you wish. HotLine requires the Visual Basic 3.0 run-time
  16. module VBRUN300.DLL, available on CompuServe. Detailed instructions for
  17. configuring and running HotLine are available on-line by clicking the
  18. help (?) button on HotLine's button bar.
